Editing Karo hosts content that its users create, including videos on Play Karo. Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have a Grievance Officer and a clear process for complaints.

2. What you can complain about#
- Content on Editing Karo or Play Karo that breaks our Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service or the law.
- Your copyright being infringed — see the Copyright Policy.
- Your privacy, personal information or images.
- A decision we made about your account or content.
3. How fast we act#

4. How to file#
Use the grievance form — it asks for everything we need. You can also email the Grievance Officer. Include your name and email, a link to the content, and what's wrong. For copyright, include your original work and a signed statement that you own it or act for the owner.
On Play Karo, signed-in viewers can also use the Report button on any video, comment or channel.
5. If you're not satisfied#
Reply to our decision email and we'll look again. You may also appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India under the IT Rules, 2021, within 30 days of our decision.
