Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the platform to produce, upload or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises a child.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexualised depictions of real people made without their consent.
• Content that incites or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Hate content targeting people for their religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
• Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or design rights.
• Content designed to deceive — forged documents, fake identification, counterfeit currency or fraudulent receipts and invoices.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything that impersonates a bank, government body or payment provider.
• Content that is illegal under Indian law or under the law where you are.

Generating a realistic likeness of a real, identifiable person carries obligations:

• You need their consent before publishing it.
• You may not use it to make them appear to say or do something they did not.
• You may not use it to endorse a product, a candidate or a cause.
• Satire and commentary must be obvious as such, and labelled where there is any chance of confusion.

Political deepfakes, fabricated news imagery and synthetic evidence are prohibited outright.

You may not:

• Share one account between multiple people, or resell access to your account.
• Resell, transfer or trade credits.
• Create multiple accounts to collect free credits repeatedly.
• Script, scrape or automate the service outside of a documented interface.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, credit checks, watermarks or model restrictions.
• Probe, scan or attack our infrastructure, or try to reach another user's data.
• Reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing service.
• Run workloads that degrade the service for other users.

• Holding the rights to every image, font, video and audio file you upload.
• Checking that what you publish is accurate and lawful where you publish it.
• Complying with the rules of any platform you post your exports to.
• Anything created under your account, including by anyone you let use it.

We respond in proportion to what happened. Depending on severity and history we may:

1. 1Remove the content and tell you why.
2. 2Restrict access to specific features or models.
3. 3Suspend the account while we investigate.
4. 4Close the account permanently.
5. 5Report the matter to law enforcement where the content requires it.
