Editing Karo is a digital service. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier — everything you buy is delivered to your account over the internet, within seconds.
1. What delivery means here#

Nothing is shipped
We never ask for a shipping address, and we will never contact you about a delivery or a customs charge. A message claiming otherwise is not from us.
2. Accessing what you bought#
- Sign in at editingkaro.com from any modern browser — there is nothing to install.
- Your plan and credit balance are shown in Dashboard → Profile → Plan.
- A receipt is emailed to the address on your account after every payment.
3. If something does not arrive#
Payments are confirmed automatically, but a gateway notification can occasionally be delayed by a few minutes.
- 1Refresh the dashboard — the vast majority of cases resolve here.
- 2Sign out and back in.
- 3Still missing after 30 minutes? Email us with your payment ID and we will apply it manually.
4. Generation and export times#
- Image exports and downloads are near-instant.
- AI image generation typically takes a few seconds to a minute, depending on the model.
- AI video generation and long video renders can take several minutes; the studio shows progress and notifies you when it is done.
- Higher plans are placed ahead of lower plans in the render queue.
These are typical times, not guarantees — model providers set their own throughput.
