Play Karo Creator Terms

• You keep ownership of what you publish.
• You give Editing Karo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, show, promote and make thumbnails and previews of your videos on Play Karo and in our marketing, for as long as they're published and for a reasonable time after you remove them.
• You confirm you have every right needed — to the footage, music, voices, characters and any real person's likeness — and that your AI-use label and age rating are honest.
• Every video is reviewed before it goes live, and can be taken down later if it breaks the rules.

• Creator Awards cash prizes are open to every creator. The Creator Awards rules apply.
• Ad revenue share, when it launches, is only for members of the Partner Programme. To apply you need 500 followers, 1,000 watch hours in the last 12 months, 3 public videos and no active strikes. We review every application and can remove a Partner who breaks these terms.
• Views, watch time and other numbers are as measured by Play Karo. Views from your own account, bots and fake engagement don't count.

• What you earn in a month is paid between the 1st and 7th of the next month, once your balance is at least ₹1,000. Smaller balances roll over. Creator Awards cash prizes are paid separately: credited within 7 working days of the results being announced (or of your payout details being verified, if later), whatever the amount.
• To be paid you must be an Indian resident aged 18 or over, and give us your PAN and a UPI ID or bank account in your own name. We check them before the first payout, and again whenever they change.
• Creators aged 13 to 17 can win Creator Awards prizes with a parent's or guardian's agreement. Their cash prizes are paid to that parent's or guardian's UPI ID or bank account, under the parent's or guardian's PAN.
• Payouts are held while your channel is suspended or closed, or while we look into fake engagement. Money earned through fake engagement is forfeited.
• If a payout fails or bounces, the money goes back into your balance and is paid with the next payout.

• We deduct tax at source (TDS) as the Income-tax Act, 1961 requires. Creator Awards prizes are winnings under section 194B: 30% is deducted when the prizes in a payout add up to more than ₹10,000.
• The TDS we deduct is deposited with the government against your PAN. It appears in your Form 26AS / AIS, and we issue Form 16A for each quarter.
• You're responsible for your own income tax and, if you're registered, GST.

We can suspend or close a channel under the Community Guidelines. You can appeal from Creator Studio → Channel status. You can delete your videos or your channel at any time.
